Although we take as much care as possible to perform our work in a diligent and meticulous way, we recognise that sometimes our clients may not be satisfied with our service, particularly in relation to claims or even other functions.

If you are not happy with our complaints response, and still feel it is necessary to escalate the issue, you may contact SANADAK, the Ombudsman Unit for the UAE, through their website at www.sanadak.gov.ae.
